Conversion rates

Advertising performance

Uptime without interruption

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. AI and Automated Communications

You acknowledge that portions of the services may involve:

Artificial intelligence

Automated messaging

AI-generated responses

AI voice systems

Automated workflows

You are solely responsible for ensuring your own legal compliance when using these systems, including compliance with:

TCPA

CAN-SPAM

State telemarketing laws

Privacy laws

Consent requirements

GoFastLocal is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the services unlawfully

Send spam

Harass individuals

Violate intellectual property rights

Circumvent security systems

Upload malicious software

Abuse automated systems

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments may be processed through Stripe or other third-party processors.

Subscription services may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You authorize recurring charges where applicable.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in:

Immediate account suspension

Collections efforts

Legal action

Recovery of attorney’s fees and costs

6. Cancellation

You may cancel services subject to any active contractual obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

All Company content, software, branding, designs, systems, and materials remain the property of GoFastLocal unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, resell, copy, or distribute Company materials without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

GOFASTLOCAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

INDIRECT DAMAGES

LOST PROFITS

LOST DATA

BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

PUNITIVE DAMAGES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoFastLocal and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the services

Your marketing activities

Your violation of laws

Your misuse of AI systems

Your customer communications

10. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in California.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions of third-party platforms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties including:

Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Non-infringement

Availability

Accuracy

14. Electronic Communications Consent

By using the services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including:
